Unfortunately, many common and popular brands many people take daily utilize strange servings and versions of some ingredients that aren't easily digested or readily absorbed. After years of jumping from brand to brand there were only a handful we could truly trust, so we decided to make our own. We have done our best to find the highest quality ingredients available to us in the forms that will really make a difference, like methylated B vitamins and chelated minerals. Not just for our own health and wellbeing but hopefully yours as well.
